Case study
The business that gets Miami businesses legal had no website
Lucia runs Licenses & Permits LLC out of an office on West Flagler Street in Miami. Her whole business is getting OTHER businesses legal and open: LLC formation, DBPR licenses, business tax receipts, certificates of use, restaurant and food truck licensing, notary work. Her tagline says it straight: every license, one office.
She had built that business with zero web footprint. No website. No Google presence. Nothing to point to.

Why "no website" was quietly capping her
Referrals had nowhere to land. Lucia's clients send her new business owners constantly. Every one of them looked her up first and found nothing. In 2026, no web presence reads like no business, even when the office has a line out the door.
Her expanding services needed proof they exist. She was adding services beyond her core licensing work, and some of the vendor approvals she wanted require a public-facing website. No site literally meant no approval.
Her market is bilingual. Her presence had to be. A huge share of Lucia's clients are Spanish-speaking business owners. An English-only site would have cut out the people most likely to call her.
What we built
- A bilingual site, English and Spanish, as equals. Full mirrored versions at licensespermitsllc.com/en and /es, not a translate button bolted on. Free consultation. Consulta gratis.
- Every service as a clear card: LLC and corporation formation, DBPR construction and non-construction licenses, business tax receipts, certificates of use, DERM permits, notary, restaurant, food truck, beer and wine, and beauty salon licensing. A business owner lands, finds their exact problem, and calls.
- One positioning line carrying the whole thing: every license, one office. That is her actual advantage. The site just says it out loud.
- Google Business Profile setup as the second front door, matched exactly to the site so her name, address, and phone agree everywhere Google looks.
The pattern worth stealing
Lucia's situation is the inverse of Lee's. Lee had decades of reputation undersold by an aging website. Lucia had a running business with no website at all. Different starting points, same leak: the business was better than its online presence, and the gap had a real cost in referrals that never called.
If people recommend your business by word of mouth and there is nothing solid for them to find when they search you, you are paying that same tax.
