Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or work with Uprise. They are written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything is unclear, email rio@uprisegrowth.io and you will get a real answer.

Who we are

Uprise is a growth agency for service businesses, operated in Florida, United States by Costa Co Studio LLC, doing business as Uprise Growth. When these terms say "we" or "Uprise", that is who they mean.

What we do

We build and run growth systems: websites, advertising, tracking, and the pieces that connect them. The exact scope, price and timeline of any engagement live in the proposal or agreement you receive before we start. If a proposal and this page ever say different things, the proposal wins for that engagement.

Payment

• Prices, billing schedule and any minimum term are stated in your proposal before you commit.
• Monthly plans bill monthly. Work pauses if payment stops.
• Advertising spend is separate from our fees. You pay ad platforms directly from your own accounts, you set the budget, and you can see every dollar of it.

What we do not promise

Marketing has variables nobody controls, so we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific ranking, or a specific revenue outcome. What we do promise: real numbers reported honestly, changes made based on data rather than feelings, and a straight answer when something is not working.

What we need from you

• Access to the accounts the work requires, such as your domain, ad accounts or business profiles.
• Truthful information about your business. We do not publish claims that cannot be backed up.
• Timely review and approval of work so projects keep moving.

Ownership

When an engagement is paid in full, the deliverables built for you belong to you: your website, your creative, your accounts, your data. Your domain and ad accounts are registered to you from day one, so leaving Uprise never means losing your own infrastructure. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, and we honor that ask.

Ending an engagement

Cancellation terms, including any minimum term on monthly plans, are stated in your proposal. When an engagement ends we hand over what is yours and part on good terms. Fees already paid for work already delivered are not refunded.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number in a form, on a booking page, or verbally on a call, we may call or text you about your inquiry or project. Reply STOP to any text and it stops immediately. Full messaging terms, including frequency, rates and opt-out, are in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that Florida law says cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site or work with us after a change means the updated terms apply.
