Facebook ads agency for clothing brands: what to look for
Plenty of agencies run ads. Fewer make the creative, track sales properly, and get paid in a way that matches your results. Here's what to check before you hire one.
1. They make creative from your shoots, with different reasons to buy, not one ad with five captions. 2. They set up the pixel plus the Conversions API before spending. 3. You own the ad account, pixel and data. 4. Their pay is tied to results, not just a retainer. 5. They tell you when your brand isn't ready yet.
What to check
- Creative: who makes the ads, how many per product, and how often they refresh them
- Tracking: pixel plus Conversions API, UTMs on every ad, purchases matching your store
- Ownership: the ad account, pixel and data stay yours
- Reporting: real numbers you can check in Ads Manager and your store, not screenshots of clicks
- Pay: a percentage of sales the ads bring in lines their incentive up with yours
Red flags
- Ads numbered 1 to 14 with the same video and different captions
- Tracking "not working properly" with no plan to fix it
- Constant edits during the learning phase, or turning ads off after a few days
- Results promised before they've looked at your margins
- A big retainer whether you sell or not
Make sure you're ready first
A good agency can't fix a product that doesn't sell or margins that can't afford a customer. If you're not sure, check if your brand is ready before you hire anyone.
How I work
Uprise is founder-run. I build the creative from your shoots, run the Meta ads, set up the tracking, and show you the numbers. You own the ad account and data. I mostly work on a percentage of the sales the ads bring in, so I only take on brands I believe in. See a live account.
Questions
How much does a Facebook ads agency cost for a clothing brand?
It varies: flat retainers, percentage of ad spend, or a percentage of sales. A percentage of ad-driven sales ties the agency's pay to your results. Ad spend is always separate and goes on your card.
Should I own my ad account?
Yes, always. Your ad account, pixel and data should stay yours so you keep the history if you ever switch.
How long before Meta ads show results?
Expect the first week or two to be learning and testing. Judge on at least 7 full days of data, and a first real test usually runs a few weeks.
Do I need an agency or can I run ads myself?
You can run them yourself if you can make lots of creative and read the numbers. An agency is worth it when creative volume, tracking and testing become the bottleneck.
Keep going
A live account, day by day and ad by ad.
Demand, margin math, page readiness, then a $3,000 test.
Results dropped? It's one of five things.
Want to see if we're a fit?
Pick a time. I'll look at your store and ads and tell you straight if I can help.
